Bug Description
Please include the following performance improvements for arm64:
* Fix PR target/81356 (AArch64): Avoid memory access w/
__builtin_strcpy of empty string.
* aarch64-simd: Avoid emitting dup insn by using canonical form for fnma.
* aarch64/thunderx2: Add pipeline/scheduling info for missing insn types.
