Bug Description
if target is set to arm64 then gcc-as-needed patch fails to apply because it tries to patch /src/gcc/
which is not present.
This is fixed by applying gcc-linaro.diff so there there is an aarch64 set of files to patch.
Next the cross-fixes patch fails to apply because src/libgcc/
These two changes allow the source to be patched enough to attempt a build.
