Bug Description

An ARM execuable created by the cross-compiler is not recognized by the "ldd" command on the target
machine.

On the build machine, if the
   -Wl,--dynamic-linker=/lib/ld-linux-armhf.so.3
option is used, the executable will run on the target ARM machine, but the ldd command on the
target ARM machine still reports
   "not a dynamic executable"
