Bug Description

Binary package hint: gcc-4.0

 A run of
 .
  LC_ALL=C apt-cache -i unmet | grep ^Package | cut -d' ' -f2 | grep
  -v dbgsym | sort -u | xargs apt-cache showsrc | grep ^Directory |
  sed 's/Package\:\ //g' | grep verse | cut -d'/' -f4
 indicates that the source package gcc-4.0 has binary packages that are not
 installable (on AMD64) at the moment.
 .
 Please have a look and make sure it's installable again.

On AMD64:

Package gcc-4.0-locales version 4.0.3-7 has an unmet dep:
 Depends: gcc-4.0-base (>= 4.0.3-1)
 Depends: cpp-4.0 (>= 4.0.3-1)

hmm, old binaries, all binaries built from this source (except gcc-4.0-base and libgcc2 on hppa) should be removed.
