gcc-3.4 (3 packages in total) are needed to compile some networking device drivers (specifically winmodem and wifi). However, the 3 packages are not in the Install CD, making it very hard on users who are trying to make their network devices work (hence, no network = no access to repos).

It would be great if we could move gcc-3.4 packages to the install CD. I think this is too late for Dapper (is it?), but at least for Edgy... Thanks :)
