Bug Description
When converting number bases using the GNOME Calculator (gcalctool, command gnome-calculator), two things occur:
- When converting a hex number to decimal, the status area on the bottom says "No sane value to convert" and the display doesn't change - meaning that even hex values with A-F stay the same in "Dec" mode
- When converting that number back to hex, as a result, if it has A-F in it, the application will crash.
