Thanks for the report, could you try to run gcalctool in english and see if the same issue appears with that locale? i cannot reproduce this with english locale here. that might be an .de issue.

I run gcalctool in english(us).

In the enlish locale, no comma-bugs found.

Its a german locale bug.

The error is perhaps due to the fact, that the English decimal point is a point and the German one is a comma. (German 13,8 / english 13.8)
