Calculator doesn't display thousands correctly in 8.04

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gcalctool

Using the Calculator (gcalctool 5.22.1) in Basic mode turn on the thousands separator (View \ 'Show Thousands Separator Ctrl+K')

Enter the calculation 1000 * 1000 and press enter.

The result is displayed '1,0,00,,000'.
