Bug Description
Binary package hint: gcalctool
While at first this seems like some of the others and may be related, the display is bizarre.
I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 64-bit (AMD Athlon 64) upgrade.
Try entering 2e+34 and see what you get. I'll try to upload a screenshot if possible.
Also, what happened to an easy way to enter exponentials? In older versions I could type 2.34e10 and it would assume 2.34 x 10^10. Now I have to use the mouse which really is counter intuitive in a calculator.
