Bug Description

Binary package hint: gcalctool

When I turn on "show thousands separator" it works, however after I have typed in a value (ex: 1,000,000) when I press one of the function buttons (ex: multiplication, division, addition....) it adds that symbol but also changes the number displayed (ex: 10,000,00) <= I did not mistype that example. If I input "1,000,000" and then hit the function it will display "10,000,00".

I am using Ubuntu 8.04
