Bug Description

Binary package hint: gbrainy

No "Report a Problem" help menu entry - this is due to no C# support in launchpad-integration

This also affects translations in the sense that the "Translate this application..." link does not appear in the help menu without LP integration.

Once this has been merged we should probably make a note on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/Internationalisation/Coding#Launchpad%20integration%20library

Wiki page updated but I can't seem to get the syntax highlighting working, please update if you know how.

Looking at http://moinmo.in/HelpOnParsers, neither using '#!csharp' nor '#!highlight csharp' worked, so it seems wiki.ubuntu.com is using a moinmoin version which still does not support the pygments highlighter.
