Gaupol misplaces subtitles

Bug Description
My file times in Gaupol are correct, however at about 7 minutes into the video the subtitles shift and do not appear at the time marked in the .srt file. (about 19 second early). Editing the times at this point has no effect on the subtitle positions.I have played the video with 2 players (VLT and Videos) and both players misplace the subtitles at the same point in the file. I'm baffled!
