Can't open Programs menu and menus added to a panel as menus (Dapper)

Bug Description
After some upgrade in Dapper I found that I'm not able to open Programs menu and menus added to a panel as menus (didn't try as drawers). On click I see the menu open for a fraction of a second and then it becomes empty (you know how empty gtk+ menus look, a little square in the lower left corner).
Places and System menus are OK.
