the official packages for gambas3 is wrong

Hello and Thank you for your great OS.
I am currently using Mint 16 Cinnamon 64bits,
the official packages are these from Ubuntu saucy
'http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu saucy'
(Cinnamon 2.0.14 is installed )

After installing the official gambas3 package
The version 3.1.1 is installed. this version contains a bug i think or a bugged component:
The cursor ist not correct placed in the gambas3 editor when i type a long instruction.

Installing a newer version solve the problem:
I have done this at home:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nemh/gambas3
sudo apt-get update
udo apt-get install gambas3
-
This install the Gambas version 3.5.2 and it appaers ok.

Gambas is a good IDE i think for the people like me. It's easy to use.

Thank you for helping me and all Gambas users on Ubuntu and derived distros !

I have removed the ppa:nemh/gambas3.
Than add yours.
Than update

An error has occured
gambas3 : Dépend: gambas3-gb-gui (>= 3.1.1-2ubuntu8) mais ne sera pas installé
E: Impossible de corriger les problèmes, des paquets défectueux sont
en mode « garder en l'état ».

Gambas 3.5.2 is installed. I try to create a new project. After 2
minutes, the application crashes!

If that can help you i am ready to reinstall the computer following
your instructions.

Après cette opération, 45.1 ko d'espace disque supplémentaires seront
utilisés.

I have reinstalled a fresh Ubuntu Saucy 64bits.
I try to add your repository but after Ubuntu always install the wrong
Gambas version (4.1.1)

I don't understand. Sorry!

It is a very large jump in version from 3.1.1-2 to 3.5.2-1, and doesn't seem to be a bugfix only release. You may also consider tracking down the fix in the newer version and backporting the fix.
