Bug Description

The galternatives window has three buttons, one with a page with a plus sign, one with a gear, and one with a circle-crossout.
1. None of these buttons appear to do anything when clicked.
2. There should be a tooltip for each of the buttons that tell what they're supposed to do. I can guess that the left-most is supposed to add a new alternative, the gear is supposed to save the work, and I don't know what the cross-out one is supposed to do...delete the current selection? There is no help or other explanation, either in the gui or in the man page.

Thanks for reporting, but I can't confirm this in Ubuntu Precise/12.04. All of the buttons are labeled ("Add" "Properties" "Delete") and function properly. What version of Ubuntu (and galternatives) are you using?

this is also affecting me. Also, when clicking on properties for a certain option, I can see the slave information. But, after closing this slave information screen, it's no longer possible to see the slave information of any other option, they just open blank windows. Does anyone know a fix for this yet? is there a patch at there that fixes this that i'm unaware of?
