Cannot launch gallery from photo scope

Bug Description

Test Env:
~$ system-image-cli -i
current build number: 171
device name: krillin
channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en
last update: 2015-11-12 08:12:47
version version: 171
version ubuntu: 20151110.1
version device: 20150821-736d127
version custom: 2015111

Steps:
1. take photos by camera
2. go to photo scope
3. tap on photo to preview page
4. tap on "open" button

Actual:
Tapping on open button does nothing

Expected:
Should be able to launch gallery app and display the photo

This is in the Custom tarball.

Tested by installing 169 krillin rc-proposed, Tested that images opened. Install Url-dispatcher which was the other suspect and still the image opened.

Installed a fresh 170 (the image with just the custom-tarball) and the image no longer opens from the photo's scope.

Removed 'image://thumbnailer/' prefix from uri fixed this.
