Screen contents are not displayed immediately in Gallery app

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use screenshotting tool (press volume up and volume down at the same time) to take a screenshot
2.Check if the screen content is saved and displayed in Gallery app

Actual results:
When take a screenshot via screenshotting tool at page like: System Settings/Dialer/Messages/Contacts/Gallery/Scopes, etc.
the screen contents are not displayed immediately in Gallery app, need re-launch Gallery app or reboot the phone sometimes.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Seems to take about 10 seconds to before the app is opened, and another 5 - 10 to update with new images, sometimes more.
