When there are no albums on the album tab, we should help the user to create one. Either point them in direction of the toolbar, or place an element on the canvas which starts the album creation journey. Needs design.

A ghosted Album should be visible upon first launch of app (or empty state) which on press initiated the add new album journey. Once an album has been created, the ghost album will no longer be visible. Requires asset.

With the recent change to slide the toolbar in when entering a view, I wonder how necessary this change is.
