Add Polish language to .desktop files

I kindly ask to add Polish entries for the .desktop files for Gajim. I'm an approved Polish Ubuntu Translator. Here's what it should look like:

Gajim Instant Messenger = Komunikator internetowy Gajim
A GTK+ Jabber client = Klient Jabber w GTK+

Also version number bumped to 0.10, as the one in the desktop file was outdated (0.9.4).

It might seem weird that only the Polish language would be there, but it's for completeness sake. The app itself is fully translated, so why not a translated .desktop entry? I hope this goes through.

This should probably be done automatically according to the Makefile:
"..
gajim.desktop: gajim.desktop.in
        intltool-merge -d po gajim.desktop.in gajim.desktop
.."

I think the files must be directly underneath po for that to work. This might be an upstream bug... Yann? Can you confirm this?

indeed it's merged in .po file. Unfortunatly in 0.10 gajim.desktop don't
read correctly po file. It is now fixed in svn and will be ok in next
version.
