 * To support firmware update on new hardware systems equipped with Mediatek MT7900 scalar IC

[ Test Plan ]

 * On hardware equipped with Mediatek MT7900 scalar IC

 * run command "sudo fwupdmgr get-devices" on new hardware system

 * Mediatek scalar device can be listed

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * If the firmware size is different from the acked firmware size from the device, the firmware update will be failed.
