Bug Description

Binary package hint: fwbuilder

Same version of fwbuilder (3.0.7-1) on lucid works properly. On maverick, when I open saved firewall configuration and try to open Policy or NAT windows of it - it shows me blank window.

debug mode shows following when I try to open the windows:

yes, looks like the old fwbuilder (3.0.7) on Maverick is broken. There is no reaction to double click on objects in the tree at all, which is weird. This could be caused by upgrade of Qt to 4.7.0 in Maverick but I can't be sure.

This could be difficult to fix, this being an old version and Ubuntu's strict policy regarding updates for released distributions (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates). v3.0.7 is very outdated anyway, I suggest you upgrade to the latest fwbuilder 4.1.2 using our repository:

Actually when starting fwbuilder a popup is shown that says version 3.0.7 is broken in Debian/Ubuntu Maverick. Upgrading as described in the link in previous post solves the issue.
