[focal] fusiondirectory fails with fatal error

Even after fixing bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fusiondirectory/+bug/1898710,
the GUI does not show anything but:

Fatal error: cannot instantiate class 'Language' - try running 'fusiondirectory-setup --update-cache' to fix this

The suggested command does NOT fix this problem. Removing and reinstalling does not help, either.

This is fixed in Debian packaging:

I can confirm that adding the files listed in the above Debian bug fixes this issue. I was able to do it manually with curl as such:
