compiz-fusion icon fails to list emerald as window decorator

emerald is not shown as an optional window decorator in the fusion-icon.

when compiz is selected as window manager, there are no window decorations

new clean install of 11.04 with ubuntu classic

After reinstall, Emerald is listed as window decorator but does not function.

When GTK is selected, windows are decorated but compiz is not fully functional (e.g. rotatoe cude fails) and when emerald is selected, cube works but there are no window decorations.
