FTGL.h is not the correct header file

Bug Description

I don't think FTGL.h is the correct header because it dose not contain the includes for all of the FTGL classes. Also, the example from the FTGL documentation call for a lowercase "ftgl.h".

Unless I missed something in the setup or usage, missing the main header makes ftgl-dev a bit useless.

Fixed in 2.1.3~rc5-2 which is uploaded to intrepid.
