Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS installed with all updates
2. Install Fritzing using `sudo apt-get install fritzing fritzing-data fritzing-parts` (last two to be sure)
3. Launch `fritzing` from terminal

Expected results:
* Fritzing starts normally, user can see parts

Actual results:
* Fritzing starts with many error windows, parts are empty:

$ fritzing
QIODevice::read (QFile, "/home/mate/bins/core.fzb"): device not open
QIODevice::read (QFile, "/home/mate/bins/contribParts.fzb"): device not open
QIODevice::read (QFile, "/home/mate/bins/core.fzb"): device not open
QIODevice::read (QFile, "/home/mate/bins/contribParts.fzb"): device not open

Text from dialogs:

Oops!
Sorry, we have a problem with the swapping mechanism.
Fritzing still works, but you won't be able to change parts properties.

Fritzing
Cannot read file /home/mate/bins/core.fzb:
No such file or directory.

Fritzing
Fritzing cannot load the parts bin

Note: this happens on fresh install with correct permissions and empty home folder.

May be fixed by using packages from Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (focal). I placed them into my PPA - https://launchpad.net/~nrbrtx/+archive/ubuntu/fritzing .

So bug is "fixable" by using packages from my PPA:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nrbrtx/fritzing
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install fritzing
