friends-app.desktop not translated

The friends-app.desktop file is not getting its strings pulled out into the translation template, the X-Gettext-Domain in the .desktop file is wrong, and the strings are not being merged back into the .desktop file (which will be needed when friends-app becomes a click package on the phone).

Friends is unlikely to become a click package any time soon (at least not without a complete re-write) because it has too many system-level components that require nasty system-y things in order to run. It's basic architecture is completely incompatible with the application lifecycle, click packaging, etc.

Whether it is a click package or not is irrelevant to it needing to be translated, and having a more descriptive Comment field, along with keywords (all of which should be translated as well). Please fix the description, and get the .desktop file translated.
