Bug Description

Currently, when a channel is bad, freetuxtv shows an error message with a non-clickable link encouraging you to report the bad channel to the database at a website.

That's too much trouble. The application should automatically report bad channels to that database, or provide a button for the user to click, so that the bad channel get reported automatically after clicking that button.
