Bug Description

Binary package hint: freepats

Freepats (in hardy, intrepid, problably more) claims that it is "the sole DFSG-compliant patch set in existence so far". But package "fluid-soundfont-gm" is a patch set and must be DFSG, or it wouldn't be in Debian's main repository. So the claim seems false to me.

This is a historical artifact. fluid-soundfont was not DFSG-free for the first 8 years after it was released, although the creator was willing to change this when the difficulty of including it in distributions was indicated.
