freedink-dfarc can overwrite arbitrary files (CVE-2018-0496)

Hi,

freedink-dfarc is affected by CVE-2018-0496 which can overwrite arbitrary files when a user extracts a game extension.

Please consider upgrading freedink-dfarc to v3.14 for all current releases, or apply the following patch, so end users are protected from this security issue:

If you are able, I suggest coordinating with upstream and posting a debdiff for this issue. When a debdiff is available, members of the security team will review it and publish the package. I didn't notice the debdiff in the second link. Someone needs to reformat it for the stable releases, makes sure it builds and works, then we'll sponsor the debdiffs. Thanks.
