Bug Description
During the development of noble (when it was installing openjdk-17-jre), freecol was working, but with the final release, although freecol installs OK, it will not run. "[warning] /usr/games/freecol: No Java runtime was found," even though openjdk-21-jre is installed, fulfilling the default-jre dependency.
However, "apt install openjdk-17-jre" allows freecol to launch, fixing the problem.
