Thumbnail generation fails, freecad-thumbnailer not included in packages.

Packages contain all the prerequisites required to create thumbnails but the binary is missing, namley '/usr/bin/freecad-thumbnailer', source 'https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/blob/master/src/Tools/freecad-thumbnailer'. When included thumbnails are created correctly.
