Bug Description

In Adding Extra repositories it says to open System<Adminstration>Software Sources, it should be System>Administration>Synaptic Package Manager. Also to access the third party repositories you need to go to Settings>Repositories then click on Third Party Software, the original way that is put on their doesn't explain this at all.

No, the existing instructions are correct. System -> Administration -> Software Sources is the neutral and hence preferred way to manage the software repositories. It is less clicks, easy to find, and no dependent on any particular package manager. Thanks for the report though, keep it up. :-)
