Binary package hint: fonty-rg

Hi,

This is really minor, but when you install fonty-rg on Maverick (64 / server) then it does not install console-tools by itself, so I guess it's a missing dependency.

It's more than minor. The script /usr/bin/utf8 fails entirely.

$ utf8
unicode_start skipped on /dev/pts/0
/usr/bin/utf8: 14: /usr/bin/utf8: consolechars: not found

console-tools appears to have been dropped after Wheezy, though it's not clear why.

Fixed in Bionic+, not fixed in Xenial.
