URW Nimbus font issue

[saturn]

It seems that cyrillic small letter `te` (afii10084) has wrong glyph in italic and bold Italic style: width is too big.
This issue presented in OpenType and Type1 URW Nimbus Sans fonts distribution.

I suggest to replace with the glyph of greek small `tau` letter.

Attaching here the screenshots of some example words contain small letter `te` with original (wide) and replaced glyph.

As in Ubuntu 20.04 Nimbus Sans font used heavily for webpage rendering, this bug with Italic style "т" really annoying.

We've had an update from URW++ and the glyph in question looks much better to me, but not being a speaker/reader of any language(s) that use that glyph, it would be great if the OP would be willing to check the update before I commit and push it to our github repo (then Till can pick it up for inclusion in a Ubuntu update).

The package is synced from Debian so ideally it would flow from upstream to a new version than Debian picks up and is synced to Ubuntu
