Bug Description
The Ubuntu font family lacks support for some of the Guarani letters that use the tilde diacritic, as well as the guarani currency sign.
The missing characters are:
- Ẽ ẽ (U+1EBC and U+1EBD)
- ◌̃ (U+0303, the combining tilde, for use in the letters G̃ and g̃, which don’t have separate codepoints)
- Ỹ ỹ (U+1EF8 and U+1EF9)
- ₲ (U+20B2)
For reference, the complete Guarani set is: Áá Éé Íí Óó Úú Ýý Ãã Ẽẽ G̃g̃ Ĩĩ Ññ Õõ Ũũ Ỹỹ ʼ ₲
Note: Ẽ ẽ Ỹ ỹ are also used in Vietnamese (bug 656690).
