i use ubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerus, i was updating when The error appeared

I have marked as duplicates all the related bugs even though they affect different binary packages since they have the same underlying issue - the Breaks and Replaces relation does not include the epoch like it should.

I see this bug already has a released fix, but I wanted to make sure this is the same error and not something different. This was an easy fix by resolving dependancy errors. Everything appears find now.
