Kerning bug in Gentium Plus

Bug Description

Hello,

The the bad position of the upper anchor on lower case letter 'd' in all of the Gentium family fonts leads to incorrect kerning of diacritics placed above the said letter.

I uploaded a fixed version of Gentium Plus Italic with correct position of upper anchor on letter 'd'.
