Bug Description
qt applications (starting with 4.8) render small font sizes with some artifacts. possibly related to being a bitmap font. attached screenshot is from qtcreator, but the same problem occurs with all kde applications.

seems to be related to antialiasing: switching of anti-aliasing, it is rendered correctly
