[MIR] fonts-android

Please include the fonts-android package in Ubuntu's component main.

fonts-android includes the fonts-droid binary, and as a result of the discussion at bug 1173571, we want to use the font Droid Sans Fallback, provided by fonts-droid, as the preferred font for Chinese.

The latest used font for Chinese has been WenQuanYi Zen Hei, but Chinese users have proposed a change. One possibility would have been to go back to the previously used font WenQuanYi Micro Hei, but due to doubts with respect to maintenance going forward, Droid Sans Fallback is considered a better choice.

fonts-android is a Debian package and included in Debian's component main.

I have read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements, and haven't found any issues that would prevent the proposed main inclusion.

Pretty good. Simple data package, in sync with Debian. No critical bugs.

But it needs a team bug subscriber for whomever is going to maintain this on the Ubuntu side.

@Brian: I suppose it would be appropriate to subscribe Documentation Packages to bug mail for fonts-android.
