Numerous "Cannot load default font config file" in package setup phase of Flight 1

Bug Description

This occured whenever a font package was processed, and in some other places as
well. Sorry for the probably not helpful bug report, but pkgsel logs were
rotated from my install of Flight 1, so I have no way to retrieve the precise
error message.

In package setup phase, I mean - after the reboot where all of the copied
archive is being installed and setup.
