Bug Description
Hi,
When I select from the "Manage" menu the "Google fonts" the application crashes. It saves its state before crash, so next time the application does not even start (because it is in the "Google fonts" view).
If started from terminal, the following error message is printed:
-------------
bwrap: setting up uid map: Permission denied
** (font-manager:
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)
-------------
== 0 ==> lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 24.10
Release: 24.10
== 0 ==> apt-cache policy font-manager
font-manager:
Installed: 0.9.0-3
Candidate: 0.9.0-3
Version table:
*** 0.9.0-3 500
500 http://
100 /var/lib/
As a quick workaround I created an apparmor profile with "userns", enabled it and started the application successfully.
I did not try the bwrap profile from apparmor-
Thanks,
Attila
