gnome-font-manager hangs on launch, sometimes

/usr/bin/gnome-font-viewer, /usr/libexec/font-manager/font-viewer

Launch from favorites, shows windows, not responding to window actions and close
Launch new window from favorites, same thing happens.
Launch from show-applications window, same thing happens.

THis is occasional, not constant.

I think this problem happens systematically when new users fonts have been added.
Maybe an incorrect or too slow update of the fonts database.
But font-manager definetly freezes, not just waits till some update is completed.

I'am using font-manager version 0.8.8.202402200131~ubuntu23.10.1 (on Ubuntu 23.10)
