release of ALT key not captured after alt+tab

Bug could be in flwm or fltk.

Menu items in flwm no longer execute on release of Alt button - enter must be
pressed, or the menu item must be clicked with the mouse.

To reproduce:

1. Hold Alt
2. Hit Tab
3. Release Alt.

Expected:

Switch to last-used application immediately, when Alt is released.

Observed:

Nothing happen, until Enter is hit.
