Windows don't snap while resizing

When you move windows around they usually snap if 'session.screen0.edgeSnapThreshold' in ~/.fluxbox/init is enabled. Someone wrote a patch in 2007 at http://darkshed.net/files/patches/fluxbox/fluxbox-resize-snap-try2.diff to do the same with the resizing feature and called it 'EdgeResizeSnapThreshold'.
Is there a chance of it being included into the source code of the fluxbox package?
