Use x-terminal-emulator instead of xterm in keys

Binary package hint: fluxbox

In the default .fluxbox/keys file, Mod1 F1 should exec x-terminal-emulator instead of xterm. That way, it would works with any terminal emulator installed (xrvt, for example), instead or requiring xterm.
