Flickcurl-dev depends on raptor-dev. This ends up in an empty output for pkg-config:
pkg-config --cflags elementary enlil
Package raptor was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `raptor.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'raptor', required by 'Flickcurl', not found
