Bug Description

System ubuntu 18.04 (07.04.2018 updated)

reproduce
1. install flatpak support
2. install a flatpak app
3. check menu

Result:
app not in menu

also restarting shell (alt + f2) not updating menu

Also Flatpak app not run via gnome-software until reboot computer.
gnome-software shows "Unable to launch Steam: "localhost" is not installed "

This is a known issue and has been reported upstream - https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/1256

Please look at the upstream bug report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug.
