[karmic] Please sync flashrom 0.9.1+r706-1 from Debian sid

Binary package hint: flashrom

Please update to 0.9.1+r706-1 from Debian sid. It would be great if this new version could be released with Karmic. Being both one of the upstream developers and the Debian package maintainer, I'm pretty confident that this version has a lot less issues and bugs than the older one, and also more sanity checks to prevent users from mis-flashing their boxes, so it should go into Karmic, IMHO.

Thanks for the update. We are currently in "Feature Freeze," to get
this sync in we need a freeze exception:

Many bug fixes (see upstream change log). The sid package builds and installs on Karmic (see logs), but I am unable to test it since I don't have any flash roms.
