Bug Description

When installing the ubuntu-restricted-extras, the flash installer does not take the proxy settings of either synaptic or those specified under network settings.

Note: I am using an authenticated proxy.

I confirm that flashplugin-installer and ttf-mscorefonts-installer do not take proxy settings to download external files in Ubuntu 12.04. This bug is not mentioned in bug #876298.
