edit /var/lib/dpkg/info/flashplugin-nonfree.postinst
and replace "multiuser" with "defaults".
(You have to use sudo, e.g. sudo gedit /var/lib/dpkg/info/flashplugin-nonfree.postinst)

Then execute:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

Then it is done.
